Ticket Policy

• Entry permitted only with a valid ticket.
• Digital ticket must be presented at the entrance.
• Tickets are non-refundable except in case of official cancellation.

• Re-entry after exit is not permitted.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled.
If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

Force Majeure

The organizers are not liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Pandemic or public health emergency
• Venue emergencies

In such cases, ticket validity and refund decisions remain at the discretion of the organizers.

• Harassment or misconduct will result in removal without refund.
